There's no time frame set for using the FREE plan and you can use it as long as you're comfortable. But, if you want to track compensations and payments or let your contractors record shifts or get assistance from people for managing your account, you can always make a switch to PRO plan.

Yes, any time! You can switch to PRO plan whenever you wish and we'll prorate the subscription amount accordingly. That is, you'll be billed for the days you use the plan.
